what's the difference between golden, green and black soybean?
When we talk about soy, immediately comes to mind the yellow soybeans. However there are 3 different types of soybeans: yellow, green and black ones. All varieties of soybean are nutritional similiar. But the black soybean is possibly more beneficial than others. Studies indicated that the black soybeans have twice the antioxidant activities and prevention of cell degeneration and, so, would be the better to avoid aging, for example.

Soy is a plant from the Far East. It has been cultivated in Asia for over 5,000 years, being the staple diet of the people of this region. The earliest citation of soybeans listed in the literature was in the "Materia Medica", with description of the China plants by Emperor Sheng Nung, written around 2838 B.C.
